要求学生理解风景园林的营建、使用和管理是可持续发展与人类幸福安康的基础，掌握风景园林学科的基本理论，重点掌握在尊重并调和人的社会、文化以及行为和审美需求基础上改善自然和人工环境质量的理论和方法。具备城市（镇）公共空间设计、风景园林绿地系统规划和各类型风景园林绿地规划设计及工程建设与管理的能力。

HZAULA Students are required to understand and believe that everything, influencing the way in which the outdoor environment is created, used, and maintained is fundamental to sustainable development and human well-being. They should master the fundamental theories in the field of landscape architecture, the theories and methodology in improving the quality of nature and artificial environment on the bases of an approach to landscape planning and design interventions which respects the social, cultural, physical and aesthetic needs of people. Students should be able to design urban or town public space, to plan landscape architecture green belt system, and to plan and design various types of landscape architecture green land. They should have the ability for construction and management.
